- a.Click on Scan QR code and point to the QR code on the machine, or manually enter the machine ID printed on the QR code sticker.
- Make your selection of the product from the screen and proceed to payment.
- Payment Methods: Our Platform allows you to make a purchase through your favourite apple pay or google pay wallet or through your credit / debit card.
- Once the payment is confirmed the credit is directly sent to the machine. Follow the instructions on the machine to play your game or vend your product.
Using Kwikpay at your favourite Arcade

To Play a Game:
- Scan the QR code on the machine and the Kwikpay platform will automatically retrieve your balance and just click on play.
- You can scan any machine to play at this arcade and the credit that has been purchased will be deducted directly sent to the machine. Follow the instructions on the machine to play your game or vend your product.
Retrieve Your Balance
Your balance is secured in your account and can be used at the same arcade anytime you visit, you can retrieve it by following these steps:
- Scan the QR code of the Arcade and select the link at the bottom retrieve your balance
- Enter Your Mobile Number:
- Enter your mobile number to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Play on your favourite machine with this balance.
- View Your Balance: Your updated balance can also be viewed in the "My Account" section along with all the play transactions that you have done.
My Account
The My Account section can be accessed from the left menu bar of the Mobile web platform. Simply go to https://mweb.kwikpay.com/ on your web browser. And navigate to the “My Account” section on the left menu panel.
- Enter Your Mobile Number:
- Enter your mobile number to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
- You can view all your balances and your transactions in this section.
Language Selection
The Kwikpay mobile platform has a multi-language capability and would in most instances auto detect the default language of the country you are using it in. However, if you would prefer to use the language most comfortable to you please just follow the following steps:
